Founded in 2007, Carheel Consulting is a workforce development solutions firm headquartered in Westlake, Louisiana. We design and manage end-to-end workforce solutions — partnering with employers, educational institutions, and community foundations to connect people to careers.

Our student career counseling program serves participants who are pre-enrolled through scholarship programs and employer workforce initiatives — giving them direct access to resume development, interview coaching, job placement support, and workforce readiness seminars.
